At Kukoon Rugs, we want you to love your new home addition, which is why we offer a straightforward 60-day return policy for any item that doesn't perfectly fit your space. If you are not 100% satisfied, simply return your unused rug in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose your preferred return method.
Package Your Rug
Carefully roll your rug and secure it in its original protective plastic packaging or an equivalent heavy-duty wrap to ensure it arrives back to us in perfect condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest designated courier collection point or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
